::bad night; good cake

so last night i got crazy drunk. it was not fun. well, getting there was, ok. between emily, nora and i we had 4 bottles of wine. nora doesn't drink a whole lot, so emily and i stepped up. I don't even remember everythign that happened, but it was ok. julianne took good care of me.
today i was very domestic. I made a really good dinner and i baked and frosted a cake. I had Julianne over for dinner and we had grilled salmon and corn. I baked a crazy cake from scratch. We kinda fudged it with a few ingredients. We didn't have vanilla extract or baking cocoa, but we did have hot cocoa mix, which is completely different, but we figured it wouldn't be the end of the world. It turned out pretty good, not as good as other times when I actually had all the ingredients, but not too bad, either. My flatmates were very impressed by my baking :)
