::Great Expectations

So today was my first class other than the Kenyon seminar and it was great! It's Film and Literature: Textual Transformations. Today was just a sort of intro to the course, but everything sounded really interesting. I really like the "module tutor" (that's what they call professors) and she was so helpful to me because she knew I was american and didn't know the uni very well. The only bad thing about the class is that it meets at 9 a.m.! It's crazy early, and of course I have another class tomorrow morning at 9 as well. Both of my Exeter classes only meet once a week for 2 hours (and film & lit has a film screening as well) which is so different than what I'm used to. I really can't sleep through any classes!
so I need to get to bed so I get a decent amount of sleep.
